It Happens to Boys 3rd annual conference

We are very excited about this years conference and look forward to working together with you for many more years to come. We know we can not do this alone and we need your help to make this a success. As a result of our last two conferences we now have a men's group with 17 members. Many physicians are distrubiting our postcards and all the school counselers at Desert Sands School District give them out. We are speaking to whatever groups will have us to help raise awareness and prevent boys from having to live with this same. Healing is possible and that is our mission to promote hrealing for victims and prevent future victims.
We need your help in offsetting the cost of the speakers, facility cost, food cost and various other cost that go with presenting a conference like this. Below are a list of Soponsor packages we are offering. We are hopeful that you can help us to offset the cost.
Speaker Sponser
$5,000.00 per conference to help pay for speakers. You will recieve Sponsor recognition in all our promotional materials, full page ad in our program, ten tickets to the conference to distribute as you please, and an exhibitor table during the conference as well as signs of recognition at the conference.
Food and Beverage Sponsor
$3,000.00 per conference - You will help us provide coffee, snacks and lunch for the conference. You will receive sponsor recognition in all our promotional materials, full page ad in the program, six tickets to the conference to distribute as you like and an exhibitor table during the conference as well as signs of recognition at the conference.
Co-Sponsor
$2,000.00 - you will help underwrite various cost for the Third Anuual It Happens to Boys Conference. You will receive a half page ad in the program, two tickets to the conference and an exhibitor table during the conference.
Scholarship Sponsor
$1,000.00 - As a scholarship sponsor you help us provide free admission for CPS workers, students, and recovering attendees to the Third Annual It Happens to Boys Conference. You will receive sponsor recognition in all promotional materials, 1/4 page ad in the program, and two tickets to the conference.
Exhibitor Table
$250.00 per table, plus two tickets to the conference and your logo included in the program.
If you would like to attend the conference and can not, your donation of $150.00 or less will go towards the cost of a scholarship to the conference,
